Minitel

Minitel is a Premium Nortel partner providing service across Canada. With offices, in Toronto, Ottawa and now Kitchener, Minitel has full certification and accreditation on the CS1000 product line up to release 6.0 as well BCM, Norstar, Contact Centre 6.0 and SCS 3.0. In June of this year Minitel was awarded Nortel's Competency excellence award for providing the best level of service in Canada amongst Premium Service Partners.

Minitel is also part of Nortel's Beta and Alpha trials team on many products including the newly released BCM450 Release 5.0 software and redundant hardware chassis.

Minitel is an active member of the Nortel Distributor Alliance Council (DAC) where major Nortel partners meet monthly by conference call and bi-annually in person for 4 days to review and dialog directly with Nortel's PLM team on issues, product improvements, enhancements and marketing campaigns. This forum often allows us direct input to Nortel and helps ensure that we all meet our client’s needs.
