Centrex is a service you buy from your network provider. Over the telephone lines already installed in your business, you can receive all the advanced features available from any other solution, such as display telephones, one-button access features, automatic call distribution, call waiting, and call forwarding.

You get the power, performance, and reliability you need for day-to-day business operations, along with the flexibility your long-term business strategy demands. Centrex service gives you virtually unlimited room for growth. You can add locations, lines, and features to your existing Centrex system based on your business needs.

With Centrex, your local telephone service provider constantly upgrades your Centrex service at the central office to keep pace with the latest technology. Also, Centrex gives you the ability to monitor, control, and administer your network, without relying on your telephone services provider.

LocalLinkTM is aimed at small to medium-sized companies. You can have from one line to a maximum of 15 LocalLinkTM lines on one bill with a mixture of other line types, features and services. LocalLinkTM is bundled with the same features as Centrex, but you don't have to buy PSTNs separately, which can drive up the costs of Centrex lines.

With Centrex lines, you have to dial "9" for an outside line, but with LocalLinkTM you can dial straight out without having to remember to dial "9". Unfortunately, however, LocalLinkTM is not available in all areas.

KeyPacTM is a fantastic bundled service which addresses almost any need you may have. KeyPacTM is compatible for small companies with only one line or companies with multiple lines. It includes your feature rich line(s) (see above), Unlimited Internet Access with connection rates up to 56Kbps and an e-mail address, Long Distance calling, Voice Mail, Integrated Message Centre, Yellow Pages directory, an e-mail or web listing, an On-Line Yellow Pages directory, and e-mail.
