Customer Service Rep

Looking for an mid-level customer service rep working in an open environment who is friendly and customer service focused. Someone that can multitask, handle pressure situations calmly and is able to pick up new tasks quickly while working independently.

Telanet is located in Toronto and our office hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm. The service team works on a rotating shift of 8:30am to 4:30pm and 9:30am to 5:30pm. We are looking for someone with  5 years or more office customer service experience. As you will be in the office every day, punctuality is important for this role.

Daily activities would include answering the main line number and customer service emails, answering all FAQ’s by phone or email, creating work orders, following up with customers to ensure that the tasks completed to their satisfaction, updating the customer data base and any other tasks that may be asked of the customer service team.
