Site Surveys
Approximately two (2) hours assessing your site's physical and technical environment and gathering requirements to ensure the right solution for you is implemented the right way.
Floor Maps
This service includes a Site Survey (above) plus the creation of detailed floor maps of your facility that mark the location of site security devices (e.g. cameras, door readers etc) that you require so that the implementation goes smoothly the first time.
Solution Design
This service includes a Site Survey and Floor Maps (above) plus the development of a detailed Scope of Work and Solution Design. This way, you will know exactly what you're getting and exactly how it will be delivered. We strongly recommend every customer invest in this upfront process to avoid much more costly and complex consequences down the road.
Support Services

Your organization will evolve over time and so will the technology it relies on to operate securely. Support Services means our experienced experts have your back when changes (or fixes) need to be made.
They are a good vendor who can solve any telco problem that arises. It has been observed that when a hard situation arose, they put all their efforts on getting things up and running. Telanet is a dependable vendor.
Telanet deployed a VOIP system for our users, who are in different geographical locations throughout North America, and everything went very smooth and continure to work flawlessly.
I have found over the years that the service has always been a high priority. It is great to deal with individuals who still believe in customer service.
